After debating whether or not to defer my admission to LSE for a year, Aaron and I decided to go ahead with our original plans and head to London in the fall. In fact, we just booked our flights this afternoon and got a GREAT deal from STA Travel.
One thing that we found very helpful when booking things online is to search for a promo code prior to purchasing. We were able to save an additional $40 on our flights to London, which may not seem like a whole lot, but it all adds up!
For those who don't know, I will be getting my Master's in International Relations (Global Politics) while in London. I just started an internship for a London-based company called BlueStream Global, which I am excited about. Upon gradutating, we're not really sure how the master plan will unfold. Everything pretty much depends on whether or not Aaron gets a job in London and if we really like living there or not. We could be back to the states in the winter of 2011, or we could NEVER come back! Though I don't think our families would be too fond of the latter.
We still have a couple months before we leave, but time is surely flying by!
